Grandpa has taken them for a 'bird walk' which I think counts for PE, Biology, social skills and general well-being (for me as well as them!)
I've had a great morning working on my bread website, ironing out some technical hitches with my mail campaign and writing a new article.
It's so valuable to have these couple of hours to myself. It ensures that we don't all spend all our time together AND it means that I get things done which will free up my evening later.

It's more about giving attention, answering questions and talking about things. Activities can be developed to expand on that or to explain or reinforce.
